ASPTM Hospital, Vietnam.

Kushagra Awasti comes with over 13 years of experience in various aspects of façade and fenestration in both Aluminium and UPVC products. By education, he is a post-graduate in Architecture, integrated with Façade Design, from TH OWL, Germany, and a graduate of Anna University in Mechanical Engineering, from India.

His core competencies include custom engineering, value engineering, and system development. Kiran Kapadia is an architect and urban designer. He received his Bachelor’s degree from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University, USA. He founded Kapadia Associates in 1991, which has grown steadily over the years to become one of India’s leading architectural firms with a strength of 130 people. Kapadia Associates is involved in a wide range of projects and has won numerous professional awards.

Kiran is actively involved in academics and has served as visiting faculty at various architectural institutions in the country including CEPT, Kamla Raheja Institute of Architecture and Academy of Architecture, Mumbai. He has also been a member of the Academic Council at School of Environment and Architecture(SEA), Mumbai. Kiran is also a passionate runner having run numerous full marathons in India and abroad. Karl joined AHC as a trainee in the year 1999 and has received his MSC.AAO from Columbia University, New York, USA. He has immensely contributed to several iconic projects across various sectors be it master planning, residential, commercial, institutional or government buildings. His key projects include Island City Centre master planning for Bombay Realty, Academic Expansion at BITS, Pilani in Rajasthan, The Nairobi Eye, Kenya, a mixed use development, All India Congress Committee Head Quarters.

Jawahar Shaik is Civil Engineer with Masters in Project Management, has practical expertise in safely and successfully delivering major construction programmes and projects spans more than two half decades, across India and Middle East. Since last 10 years has been working as Associate Director with Mace Project Management Consultancy in India, which is a UK based organisation with 7,700 people across the globe.

Currently heading the project management consultancy for two major developments for Brookfield Properties and Earth Group in Mumbai. Previous to this had successfully delivered projects in Delhi NCR and Chennai.

Navin Keswani is the Pioneer of the Indian Façade Industry & has been awarded the President’s Udyog Rattan Award as early as 1985, from the President of India, for his excellence in the design of aluminium windows. Keswani is the founder and managing director of Aluplex (India’s Leading Façade Company that has completed 13 out of 16 buildings in the prestigious BandraKurla Complex as well as India’s Largest Unitised Glazing Project in Hyderabad). A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a prestigious college in Chennai, Nikhil has been serving customers with SE Controls India and the SAARC Region since its inception in the Indian Market in 2012. Nikhil now leads a four member team in India that oversees designs for all the global offices and also handles Business Development for his region.
